'Support' - Onsite Maintenance Services
Our Data Centre Maintenance & Support Services Team delivers a comprehensive range of expert planned preventative maintenance, 24x365 emergency call-out, energy optimisation and enhanced support services.
We support a wide range of mission critical technology including air-conditioning, chilled water systems, UPS, generator, fire suppression, environmental monitoring, management and associated mission critical infrastructure.
By combining traditional data centre maintenance with our Optimised Support Services Workspace Technology can reduce operational risks for Data Centre Managers whilst helping to improve energy efficiency. Ongoing energy improvements can range from 5% to 30% depending on the current performance of the data centre with typical average improvements in the region of 15%.
'Consult' - Consultancy, Audits & Survey Services
With over 10 years of experience of designing, building and managing mission critical data centre infrastructure, Workspace Technology’s ‘Consult’ service offers knowledgeable expert advice on all aspects of data centre design, providing a range of survey and audit services specifically focused on the optimisation of your data centre assets.
Our consultancy services cover an array of specialist data centre audits and survey services including Data Centre Optimisation Audit, Power Quality Surveys, PUE Assessments and Electrical Thermal Imaging, all designed to ensure that your infrastructure is operating as efficiently as possible.
‘Intouch’ - Remote Monitoring
‘Intouch’ is a 24/7 Remote Monitoring service designed to view your mission critical infrastructure. Our Technical Support Team will monitor and investigate alarm conditions as and when they occur, diagnosing, fixing where possible and arranging for site attendance when deemed appropriate by invoking the ‘Support’ contract SLA on behalf of the client.
