Paper 06 Power Usage

Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and its reciprocal Data Centre Infrastructure Efficiency (DCiE) metrics were in introduced in 2007 by the Green Grid as a method of determining the relative efficiency of a server room or data centre facility. PUE is a figure which is now recognised and reported at board level within many organisations.
