Andrew Mitchell MP praises local business success story – Workspace Technology – at the official opening of its new Sutton based HQ
Mr Mitchell met with Managing Director Roy Griffiths, Sales Director Andy Orton and the rest of their Sutton Coldfield team. Andrew heard how the company is delivering on two key Government objectives; the reduction of carbon emissions and the growth of sustainable business and jobs.
Andrew Mitchell then declared Workspace’s new premises officially open. Located at No 5 Emmanuel Court in Sutton Coldfield’s historical conservation area their new headquarters provides the additional space required to support the continued company growth over the next three to five year period.
Workspace Technology Ltd is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK and was recently ranked by the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, as number one in the Midlands and 21st nationally.
Andrew Mitchell MP said, “It was a pleasure to open Workspace Technology’s new head office. Despite the tough economic climate this company continues to succeed and grow – testament of its excellent and commercially viable business model. It is great to have such a forward looking and successful business on our own doorstep in Sutton.”
Roy Griffiths, Workspace Technology’s Managing Director commented, “The investment in this office has created an exceptional opportunity for continued company expansion and will help advance the solutions and services offered to our clients across the UK. Andrew Mitchell has previously visited us and taken an interest in what we do, and so we are really pleased that he was able to spend some time with us today and officially open our new premises.”
